1. Author Registration & Paper Cover Requirements
To ensure that an accepted paper is included in the official conference program and scheduled for presentation, each accepted paper must be covered by an Author Registration completed by at least one of its authors.
The following requirements apply:
- Each accepted paper must have at least one author complete an Author Registration;
- Author Registration and payment must be completed no later than September 30, 2026 (inclusive);
- Each Author Registration may cover one accepted paper only;
- If an author has multiple accepted papers, a single Author Registration cannot be used to cover multiple papers. A separate valid Author Registration is required for each accepted paper;
- Each paper covered by an Author Registration must be presented on site at the conference, either as an oral presentation or a poster presentation. In principle, the presentation should be delivered in person by one of the paper's authors.
2. Oral Presenter Guidelines
Presentation time: Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes in total, including the session chair's introduction and audience Q&A. Please plan your presentation to last approximately 12 minutes, leaving around 3 minutes for the introduction and questions.
Please prepare your presentation according to the following requirements:
- File format: Presentations must be prepared in PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx).
- Slide format: Slides must use a 16:9 widescreen format.
- File upload: Presenters are required to check in with the session chair at least 15 minutes before the session begins, and upload their final presentations to the on-site presentation computer.
- On-site equipment: All presentations will be delivered using Windows-based conference computers. If your presentation was created or edited on a Mac, please note that fonts, formatting, animations, videos, and other media may appear or function differently on Windows.
3. Poster Presenter Guidelines
Poster presentations provide an opportunity for authors to present their research and engage in discussions with conference attendees. Each poster will be assigned a designated poster board, and authors are expected to be present during the scheduled poster session to discuss their work and answer questions.
